Victorian photograph album filler card

Princess Mary (May) of Teck (1867-1953). In 1892 she was engaged to Prince Albert who died aged 28. She then married Prince George in 1893 who became King George V. The card would date to around the time of one of these engagements, when interest in her was at its height.
