For family history researchers, and for anyone investigating the history of photography, the back of a Victorian photograph can be as interesting as the front. Cards in this gallery are in approximate date order starting in the 1860s.
To find the front of any card click on the filename in the tag list. Any of the filenames will do, for example DrBuckby01F.
Not all cards have the photographers name and address on the back, for some its only on the front so you will see some photos here too.
