on December 21, 2020This is actually outside the perimeter wall of Oldham Royal Infirmary on Union Street West' opposite Saint Patricks Church. It is nowhere in the area of Yorkshire Street or the Greaves Arms.

on December 21, 2020This photo is not where you say it is . I can see from the road layout why you might think that but there are no "iron railings and the wall was never stepped . It is actually taken on Union St West at the side of the old "Oldham Royal infirmary" just near Crossbank St looking west .
